First,
let me say this article is “not” about your wives, men! It’s about
the famous “red heifer” (parah adummah) in the Torah. We have
just been told that the Temple Institute in Jerusalem, has purchased
what they believe to be “the next” red heifer for purification
purposes. This cow has to be red in color without any defects,
or even one white hair on it. Also, it can never have had a yoke
put on it. It was always slaughtered outside the Temple gate (like
Yeshua was), and then its’ ashes are mixed with spring water and
used as a purification from impurity. According to the tractate
PARAH of the Mishna, only the High Priest was entitled to slaughter
the animal. The ashes were used to sprinkle on someone who had
become ritually unclean by contact with a corpse. Before we touch
Yeshua, we are dead in sin, “we” are the corpse.
The
heifer was burned whole
with cedar wood, crimson
thread, and hyssop. These
three items we see running
all through the Torah, from
Passover up to the crucifixion
tree of Yeshua. What is
also interesting, is the
fact that whoever prepared
the ashes became unclean,
but whomever they were sprinkled
on became clean. Anyone
who had any part in the
preparing of the heifer
had to wash their clothes
and bathe afterward, they
were considered unclean
until nightfall. It’s like
when Yeshua had to take
on our sins and become unclean,
yet when we take him, we
become clean. It’s a well
known fact that all the
vessels and even the priests
have all been prepared to
start the Temple sacrifices
again. They’ve purchased
the red heifer. All they
need now is a stone bridge
built across the Kidron
valley and it’s showtime.
Time is running out, so
keep your eyes on current
events going on in Israel
and watch for the debut
of the red heifer!
